Good posture helps you develop strength, flexibility, and balance in your body. These can all lead to less muscle pain and more energy throughout the day. Your posture can also reduce stress on your muscles and ligaments, which can reduce your risk of injury.
In this workshop, Jamie and Hannah discuss common postural positions that could be contributing to pain, and you will learn some self-management strategies to combat stress and strengthen your muscles.
Exercises such as glute bridge, scapula retractions, neck stretches, planks, and pec stretches will be demonstrated to help you improve your posture.
